This high-quality capsule filler has interchangeable plates and thus, avoids to invest in several devices. Its stainless-steel design makes it 100% dishwasher-safe and easy and GMP-compliant.

How to maintain this capsule filler?

After disassembly, daily cleaning possible for all metal system parts in the dishwasher using suitable detergents to remove powder residues, then, after a careful drying, the cam head and cam bush must be lubricated with edible silicone grease.

Manual cleaning also possible, using a nylon brush, a cleaning solution with dishwashing soap and water and a soft cloth or a clean and non-abrasive sponge.

Finally, a vacuum or compressed air can be used to clean the system parts.

It is important to keep the capsules and the capsule filler away from any heat source (sun, heater…).
