Suitable for large quantity production, this capsule filler is modern and complies with current regulations (GMP, BPP). Its Fastlock lever makes it easy to separate the capsules.  It requires no technical maintenance, being specifically designed for one capsule size only. Easy to clean.

How to maintain this capsule filler? 

Metal parts can be cleaned in a dishwasher. Plastic parts can be washed by hand and then dried thoroughly.  The base of the capsule holder must never be put in water (risk of significant and irreversible corrosion). If it is difficult to clean the inside of the holes, use the appropriate brush. It is important to keep the capsules and the capsule filler away from any source of heat (sun, heating...).

How many capsules can be filled at a time? 

The device is reliable and robust enough for intensive use: filling 200 capsules in a few minutes, up to 3,000 capsules per hour!

Which way should I use the capsule filler? 

Position it with the lever facing you.

What to do if a capsule gets stuck in the feeder? 

Pinch one of the two plates of the feeder upwards to lower the capsule, or push the handle and press the "lock" button.
