This high-quality capsule filler has interchangeable plates and thus, avoids to invest in several devices. Its stainless-steel design makes it 100% dishwasher-safe and easy and GMP-compliant.

How to maintain this capsule filler?

After disassembly, daily cleaning possible for all metal system parts in the dishwasher using suitable detergents (no detergent for anodized aluminium parts) to remove powder residues, then, after a careful drying, the cam head and cam bush must be lubricated with edible silicone grease.

Manual cleaning also possible, using a nylon brush, a cleaning solution with dishwashing soap and water and a soft cloth or a clean and non-abrasive sponge.

Finally, a vacuum or compressed air can be used to clean the system parts.

It is important to keep the capsules and the capsule filler away from any heat source (sun, heater…).
