Capsule fillers

The choice of a capsule filler depends on the use:

For an occasional use, a manual filling machine Quick, or a capsule filler single size for 50 or 100 capsules is sufficient: They are cheap, but the capsules must be installed by hand.

If you are professional, prefer a capsule filling machine single size, with loader: We have the traditional ones with blocking by screw, and plates out of resin, 100 and 120 capsules, and the new ones, with blocking by lever, and stainless plates, allowing hot washing, for 90, 100 and 200 capsules.

If your production is diversified, you can choose a ProFill100 machine with interchangeable plates.

For a production more important, you can choose a filling machine with interchangeable plates, of 300 capsules, very powerful.

Finally for an intensive use, semi-industrial, we have models with orientator and filler, 150 and 300 capsules, allowing high rates, as well as an electric model, 300 capsules.
